The project is aimed at brilliant Engineering graduates to be included in the company's production area, in the role of Product and Process Coordinator, at the various operational units present in the geographic areas of Triveneto, Emilia-Romagna and Lazio.
The opportunity is aimed at Young Graduates wishing to invest in a training program that allows them to increase their technical skills in a highly dynamic and internationally active production environment. The resources inserted will be involved in a theoretical training course in the classroom, at the Smurfit Kappa Academy, and on-the-job practical training, together with senior colleagues.

THE ROLE
The Product and Process Coordinator is a strategic figure for the company, will respond to the Production Manager and will deal mainly, but not exclusively, with the following activities:
• Support the Production Manager in defining and monitoring projects to be carried out in the Production area;
• Acting as a facilitator in the implementation of technical-quality area projects, in the context of processes linked to the Operational Excellence, in order to ensure their correct application;
• Contribute to the definition of production performance control plans (KPI) and process improvement plans;
• Support projects and initiatives of Continuous Improvement in the technical-productive field;
• Support the management in the definition and drafting of technological improvement plans.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal profile is graduated in Mechanical, Chemical, Energetic, Materials or Management Engineering. He has an excellent command of the English language (minimum level required B2) and has a good familiarity with the most common computer systems (Office).
With a view to career development, it is available for mobility on national territory.
The profile is marked by excellent organizational skills and practical management of priorities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interface with different interlocutors; flexibility, customer orientation, predisposition to innovation and continuous improvement.
